Are there areas of town closed to events? What are they?

As per the City Manager, there are to be no more street closures for events on the Streetcar route.  This includes Main Street from Pershing across I-70 (Delaware Street Bridge) as well as the River Market loop of Delaware, 3^rdStreet, Grand Street and 5th Street.
